The acronym "SOBBA" when translated and pronounced locally is synonymous to the word "SOBER" which is the exact laser-minded focused approach that is employed by the company in executing all of its activities and in pursuing its goals. SOBBA in embarking on its business ventures will ensure the that is adheres to its guiding principles which are grouped into the following categories:​

Improving the quality of life of its customers & clients

 

  • Access to quality nutritional supplements improves the human health which leads to an increase in the quality of life and health of the Sierra Leone populace and the world as a whole.                           

  • Help develop the Sierra Leone agriculture sector by introducing new business initiatives that will captivate the minds and interest of the younger generation.

Promote agric-business research and development

 

  • To aggressively promote agricultural business education through extension services at the tertiary level to new and existing schools, as well as adult agricultural literacy programs in Sierra Leone.                                             

  • Provide strategic and targeted businesses and resources to farming groups and communitoes in nutrition deprived regions.  

A broad reach/inclusive approach
 

  • Provide and manage resources targeted towards women and other minority groups ( a disenfranchised but very important and productive income-generating demographic in Sierra Leone).             

  • Promote the awareness of the alleviation of poverty through improved and proven agricultural technologies and new business strategies
